Who we are?

Dyżurnet.pl is a team of experts from the NASK Research Institute, operating as a contact point for reporting illegal content on the Internet, especially content related to the sexual exploitation of children. It is part of the National Cybersecurity System.

From the very beginning of its activity, NASK has been implementing projects aimed at improving Internet safety. The experts at Dyżurnet.pl, supported by the knowledge and experience of other specialized NASK teams, along with transparent operational procedures, ensure effective intervention and provide safety for users reporting violations.

Under the Polish National Cybersecurity System Act, NASK – National Research Institute serves as one of the national CSIRT teams responsible for responding to cybersecurity incidents.

Its responsibilities include receiving and analyzing reports concerning online child sexual abuse material. This task is carried out by Dyżurnet.pl.

Handling Reports

Our mission is to make the Internet a safe place — especially for children. We create a space where anyone can report concerning content or behavior encountered online. Thanks to the involvement of Internet users and cooperation with the appropriate institutions, we respond to threats and help protect the youngest.

Technology and Innovation

Technology today offers enormous possibilities — it facilitates life, education, communication, and development. But this same progress also brings increasing threats, especially in the digital environment. Harmful and illegal content on the Internet is becoming more widespread.

That is why we continuously monitor and analyze technological trends and actively respond to emerging threats. We use modern solutions, but also develop our own tools that help identify and limit access to dangerous content — especially content that poses risks to children.

Monitoring and Analysis

We closely follow legal changes and new trends in the fight against illegal and harmful online content. We conduct research that helps us better understand the challenges of the digital world and respond to them more effectively.

The results of our work include publications and reports that we share with a wide audience — from experts and institutions to parents and teachers. This allows us to operate not only as a response center, but also as an important source of knowledge and support in building a safer online environment.

Prevention and Education

The mission of the Dyżurnet.pl Team is to take action to help create a safer Internet. This mission is carried out not only by responding to threats, but also by promoting knowledge about safe online use: preparing publications, running campaigns and social programs that promote good practices and inform about potential online risks. Together with other NASK experts, we conduct trainings, conferences, seminars, and workshops for students, teachers, parents, police officers, and representatives of the justice system.

Cooperation

We take a systemic approach to children's online safety and combating illegal content — we believe that only through cooperation can we effectively make the digital world better.
